Allegria Guesthouse is on the Stellenbosch Hills Wine Route (M12/Polkadraai Road), between Reyneke Wines en Kanu, opposite Skilpadvlei.

Using a Garmin satellite navigation system with a recent version of SA Streetmaps?
Though you won't find Cairngorm Road (yet), Allegria is listed as a POI.

Follow these easy steps (based on a Nüvi 710):
1) Touch "Where to?"
2) Select "Points of interest"
3) Select "Lodging"
4) Select "Spell"
5) Enter "Allegria" (in older versions, the name is misspelled "Allergria")
6) Touch "Go!"

Directions from Stellenbosch (Dorp Street)

• Continue on Dorp Street in western direction (Lower Dorp Street)
  
• Turn left at T-junction (M12 – Kuilsriver)
  
• Stay on the M12 for approx. 8 km. Then turn right into Cairngorm Road.

Directions from Cape Town/Somerset West via the N2

• On the N2, take exit 22a (R300 – Bellville)
  
• After 5 km, take exit 21 (M12 – Stellenbosch Arterial)
  
• Turn right at the traffic lights (M12 – Stellenbosch)
  
• Stay on the M12 for approx. 10 km. Then turn left into Cairngorm Road.

Directions from Cape Town International airport

• After leaving the airport, straight ahead at the traffic circle
  
• After 1.5 km, go onto the N2 (direction Somerset West)
  
• After 6 km, take exit 22a (R300 – Bellville)
  
• After 5 km, take exit 21 (M12 – Stellenbosch Arterial)
  
• Turn right at the traffic lights (M12 – Stellenbosch)
  
• Stay on the M12 for approx. 10 km. Then turn left into Cairngorm Road.

Directions from Cape Town/Paarl via the N1

• On the N1, take exit 27 (R300 – Mitchell’s Plain)
  
• After 10 km, take exit 21 (M12 – Stellenbosch Arterial)
  
• Turn left at the traffic lights (M12 – Stellenbosch)
  
• Stay on the M12 for approx. 10 km. Then turn left into Cairngorm Road.

Cairngorm Road leads to Allegria Guesthouse. Pass the main gate and continue on the drive way for ± 200 m.; the guesthouse is to your right.

The main gate is open from 7:00 till 19:00 (May - September: 18:00).
Please use the intercom should the main gate be closed.
